who we are
Oracle Property was founded by Rod Gallagher.
Rod has had a very broad career. Starting his career working for one of Australia's big 4 banks before moving into senior accounting roles, including time as the Investment Accountant for a large superannuation fund. During his careeer he has operated a mortgage broking business, but most importantly he has been a poperty investor for over 30 years.
So why is he a buyers agent ? Because he could see people who wanted to get into property but had no idea where to start. These people where blindly spending hundreds of thousands of dollars. Some being convinced that losing money in the hope of a tax deductions was a good thing.
Having been one of these people 30 years ago he felt it was time to share his experience.
